Mark is a graduate of North Greenville University, Charleston Southern University and received his Masters of Divinity from Southeastern Seminary in Wake Forest, NC.
He is married to Freida Garner Smith.
They have two children and four grandchildren
Mark served as Senior Pastor for 43 years before retiring in 2022. He has had the opportunity of preaching in Dubai,
(during Desert Storm), Venezuela, Brazil, Taiwan, China,
and the Dominican Republic.

Vicki White

Vicki is originally from Cleveland Ohio. She moved to Orlando, FL as a child and then South Carolina as an adult. She began serving at New Prospect as administrative assistant in February 2001. Her responsibilities involve working with financial, administrative, and secretarial needs at New Prospect. Vicki is married to Joe, and they have a fantastic son, Logan. Though Vicki spends much of her time serving at New Prospect, she also loves decorating and working with children.

Jessica was born in Florida and raised in Lyman, SC. After completing her Bachelor of Science from the University of South Carolina Upstate, she worked in healthcare administration for many years. In 2015, the Lord called her to serve in ministry. After leading in both women’s and children's ministries for several years, Jessica began serving at New Prospect Baptist Church as the Children’s Ministry Coordinator in June 2022. She is married to Nick and together they have three children, Solomon, Sadie, and Samuel. She enjoys spending time with her family, fellowship, and being outdoors.
Linda Wilson

Linda was born in New Prospect, S.C. and graduated from Chapman High School . She started playing the organ in 1954 at New Prospect Baptist. She is married to Lance and has one daughter, Sheri Mathis. Linda loves spending time with her family.
